Default MY CAR WONT START.. Complete Silence.. No crank, nothing!

So, Im stuck!

This is the second time my car has died on me in the one month that I have owned it. Everything has been running fine until I parked it for 30minutes and then it wouldnt start.

No cranking
No trying to turn over
No noise at all except for the radio and accessories turning on

Tried jump starting the battery and nothing.
All fuses are okay as well.
Im new to working on cars and those are the only two things I have tried.

I called AAA and they were more clueless than I was. More focused on trying to charge my already charged battery instead of fixing problems.

Im thinking of jumping the car from the starter, but its not making any clicking noise and I dont where the starter is on my 1JZ.
Im hoping that my ECU is not bad either.

Can some please help..
Tried searching and didnt really find anything on this. Please point in some kinda direction please!!

Did you try giving the starter a knock? I know something similar happened to me... that was my remedy and it worked

have you checked any relays? look for loose wires around the starter? check your ground cables? and how do you not know where your starter is?

and keep your cool on the ecu being bad, im more than sure its something very minor.

First thing I would check would be that the battery terminals are clean and tight.

Agreed with everyone else...

-Battery terminals
-Fuses
-Relays
-Starter (just tap it a few times with something hard)

not trying to be mean but seriously a quick search would help you a ton..you also need to get ur self a manual just to start informing yourself..for instance your looking for your starter..a simple google search to see what a starter looks like will help you identify where on your car its at..
this should help.

the starter is on the transmission.

when you put your key in the ignition and turn it are the dash lights coming on? i had a problem when the actual key cylinder snapped off inside.. i had the exact same problem as you.. as long as your dash lights arnt coming on ha. if they are id check what they all said.

^^^ yeah i saw ur thread in the search and all my accessories do come on.

I found the starter this morning after a google search. Tapped it a couple times and nothing happened. Checked all the fuses one more time and they are all good. I did the Anti-Deterrent ECU lock and unlock thing and still nothing.

Bout to try to the bypass the circuit like it says on lextreme.

If that doesnt work then Im going to take out the starter and replace the contacts.

I just now had this happen at the car wash they used a battery charger and it started. But now I dunno if it's the battery that needs to be replaced or ...... Taking it to autozone to get the battery checked.
