SJ300

I have a 1993 5speed sc300 and I can not figure out why the ac / air component won't work there's no power or air or anything , it worked fine befor I recently stopped driving it for about 6 months and now it doesn't have any power at all , it can't be the fuse because the car lighter still works , anyone that can help me out it would be much appreciated
