So i am driving to work and my clutch pedal depresses. I pull off the side of the road. I start pulling and pushing it in w my hand and snap. It broke off on the part where it pivots. I call lexus and they cant order the part until tues so i get it hopefully Wednesday. I guess the pedal lasted for 17 yrs so i cant complain. It just sucks i have to miss work.

sorry to revive this thread.. but this just happened to me tonight... im looking to see if the mk4 pedal fits without any modification... which route did you take in repairing?

This is a 6spd clutch pedal. I wonder if this could easily replace the Sc300 pedal?

the same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. luckily i know someone that can weld, so i got it done real quick. pedal lasted 390,000 miles. can't complain.

mine snapped where the clutch master cylinder goes in. also it is extremely difficult to put the spring back in. Any tips on how you guys put the spring back? Im w/o it right now.

no. Mine broke a couple of inches before the actual pedal. Right where the original welding was.
