Default air intake help!

need some ideas on brands of air intakes...also what brand headers...would appreciate.

search for BFI... trust me its not worth it to invest in a ram air thats going to suck heat... headers, check out http://www.mvpmotorsports.com for their headers... (unless you get an aftermarket is300 header and do some exhaust shop modding <--- not fully sure on how many, if any, have done this)
