Question Dashboard warning lights

I have a warning light to the left of my dash that looks like a box with a lot of lines in it. What is it trying to tell me and how do I fix the problem?

The light is above the temp. guage and to the left of the warning light that lets you know when the tell lights are out. It looks like bars, is it for the battary?
