Default Dash Lights Stay On

I recently replaced the coolant temp sensor and IAC on my 1990 Celsior. Not sure if its related to the lights staying on.
One day I was on my way home from work and when I started it the oil light, coolant light and battery light came on. I have checked all of these things and they are fine. How do I make the lights go off? I have removed the 20amp fuse to try and reset any codes and disconnected the negative terminal overnight but no luck. Any Ideas/suggestions?

Unless that happened immediately after replacing those items than doubtful. Check your charging system. Best bet its that.
