Oily valves and pistons
I went to the shop today and took some pics of the pistons. Pistons 1, 2, and 3 have oil on them whereas 4 and 5 seem ok and no. 6 had no oil whatsoever. The head is being refreshed right now and should be back on friday.
Sorry for the ****ty pics but i only had my phone to take pictures getting back from work.

Yeah the cause of the smoke was bad valve stem seals.
The mechanic seems to be a good guy but today he was pushing me to change the timing belt. But according to the previous owner it was replaced at 107K and current mileage is 131K. Mechanic said the belt looks bad and cam gears have a lot of dust from the belt on them. Is that a valid reason for changing the T-belt?
I took a pic too that I am going to put up

Timing Belt
There was a small piece of belt missing. Personally I thought it looked ok but I wanted your opinion on this

I would replace that belt if mine looked like that because that little piece that is missing WILL eventually get biggers and cause the belt to break.
As for the cylinder walls, if you can still see the factory cross-hatching, you should be fine with the rings. As long as there are no abnormal scratches or grooves on the walls.
