egr block off
#2
The hardest part is getting the egr tube loose/off (use vice grips), after that it's cake. I had a bunch cut at my local waterjet place since I wanted a pair for my car, I drill and tap the bottom plate to thread the sensor in so you don't have to wire in a resistor to fool the ecu...makes taking the upper intake off 100x easier

Its only a major ***** the first time you do it, after you get the hang of it its not hard at all. Just like anything else on this car.
But im not blocking mine till I pass emmisions, noting like spending yet another 130 bucks on parts hope it works take it to emmisions and if I pass... remove it and block it off asap.
