Door auto lock
My doors don't seem to auto lock, I wonder if you all could shed some lights into this? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
I double checked the vehicle customization setting, it was set as auto lock at 60 seconds.
But when I leave the car, even after 60s it still does not lock by itself.
Am I missing anything? Is there any other settings I need to check?
Please help. Thanks.

I believe the auto lock setting for the car is for this:
you unlock the door, no one opens it for x amount of seconds, then it will re-lock
if you open the door, it won't re-lock by itself

You can configure the number of seconds before it auto locks however in the vehicle set up area.

This was really disappointing to realize on my 2016 NX 200t. I was hoping I could change the settings in vehicle customizations to enable something like this. Doors auto-locking when you walk away from them is so common on much cheaper cars these days. Both my Mazda3 and CX-5 had them standard. It's odd that a car in this segment doesn't have it as a default.

It's a good thing that the Lexus Enform Remote app lets me lock it from miles/kms away.

I agree. My previous car had this feature. So when I got my NX, I can't tell you how many times I just walked away from it, remembering later that it was not locked! I still do it sometimes, after five months of ownership.

I left my 300h on (as in, in READY mode) and left the car. I only realised as I was having a coffee and looked at the car and wondered why my parkers/side lights were on. I was a bright sunny day so I didn't realise it instantly if I actually had the DRLs on.

Yea, me too!
I noticed this after doing it several times. I'd walk away, thinking it would lock, like my Acura RDX, only to come back & find it unlocked! I've learned to make sure it's locked every time now!!
