There is an exclamation surrounded by a circle that lights up in my cluster. What does that exclamation notice means ?

Lexus has the brake pads wear indicator on the LS since 93 for the U.S market. I think your 95 ES is equipted with the brake pads wear indictor oversea.
Check your brakes before the pads are gone and then it will eat into the rotors. Then find out which brake sensor is bad and replace it. Someone here repair the sensor by connected the two wires together to turn the light off.
