Default Brake wear question?

I can feel that the front breaks are at there end. Will replacing them now save me the trouble of having to replace the brake ware sensors as they have not come on yet.

If the wear light is not on yet then maybe. If you can 'feel' problems with your brakes and your pads are worn well past limits it's likely that someone bypassed the wear circuit by shorting the wires at the sensor.

You won't know until you take them off and inspect the sensor. In normal situations if you replace your pads prior to the light triggering you do save the wear sensor and can re-use it.
You don't state the miles but might want to turn the rotors and put on new pads. Not sure how you can feel there at their end, normally that's a visual inspection to see how much pad is left.
If you're actually feeling/hearing something, then it might be as stated above, sensors might be by-passed and you've worn out more pad than you realize.

Not sure if I have posted this video before or not, but I have seen way to many bad DIY brake jobs. This is the way it should be done. Great mechanic, and fun to watch his channel.
