Default help, water in engine

93 es300.
the other nite i was driving home and i took this street behind my friends neighborhood. it was flooded like crazy, but i didnt think it was going to be so deep. i guess i got water in my oil becus my engine stutters and shakes so i changed my oil today. BUT the problem is still there, do you think i should also change out my tranny fluid also? it shakes most in Drive and when i Reverse i feel it real violently.

i remember doing this awhile ago and i just changed the oil and the problem went away after a few high rpm revs, but not this time... what else could be the problem??? im extremmely bummed out and worried.
what else could be the problem, some answers would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely you have bad wires, plugs and a coil now. Tune up time IMO.

Second that, remove the distributor cap and clean it off real good.

You may want to check your intake as well... could be some water still sitting in the airbox or something.
