The kind of answers that would be useful in developing a response to your concerns are:

You say, "sounds like a wind tunnel." Does that mean that the person you are talking to, from your car, says you sound like you are in a wind tunnel?

Or, do you mean that you are unable to hear calls that are received in your car because the incoming calls sound like the caller is in a wind tunnel?

Is this noisy condition present during calls while the car is sitting still with the engine off?

Is the person in your car who is making and receiving these noisy calls always in the driver's seat?
