HI all, i did not want to start yet another thread on the control arm bushing issue, but I took in my 2011 ls460 to dealer yesterday and my advisor mentioned that there is a TSB on this. I am glad about this...but has anyone on here heard of this being a TSB covered item or had their car repaired per the TSB?

Thanks

markls460 - do you know the TSB # that the dealer was referencing?

Roadfrog- thanks for posting.

All - My service advisor has been great so far. He did advise me though that my car did not qualify for TSB (hence I don't have #) but regardless that they replaced 6 controls arms/ bushings under factory warranty. I paid for alignment & I picked up car yesterday and so far no creaking or popping sounds. The suspension/ ride quality also feels somewhat "less sloppy" , glad I took it in to get is done....it feels like new.

I have a thread going about my suspension issues but I will chime in here as well as I am on visit #9 for my 2010. I think this last time most if not all the control arms and bushings we done and today I still heard noises. At last count I am over $18k in warranty repairs on suspension alone. Best move I ever made was buying the ext warranty!

Redlight - wow....i think I will be buying that Plat Warranty to hedge against future control arm/ bushing repairs.

Thanks for sharing and I hope they resolve your car issues for you.
