Default CEL code P1346 and P1351 Atlanta Mechanic Recommendation

I just got finished replacing the heads on my 1999 LS 400. Yes, it is an interference engine. The heads were rebuilt from a reputable machine shop and a new timing belt kit was installed. After installation it threw the P1351 code for the VVT on the drivers side. I replaced the VVT OCV on that side, the other side was only two years old. It is now throwing the 1346 code for the drivers side. Tweaking the timing belt seems to be beyond my mechanics ability. Anyone have a recommendation for an independant mechanic in the Atlanta area to trouble shoot this and get it repaired for me?
Thanks Scott.

Did you check the VVTi module?
I worry about it is damaged when valves were stressed hitting pistons and camshafts were also stressed badly.
