Ok ,my 98 ls400 starter is finally limping on it's last leg .Quick question
Well ,the day has come .It's all my poor starter can do anymore to start the car .This is a question for those of you who have changed it out ,I know it's going to be a pain ,but what is going to be the hardest part of this whole thing ?Where do you guys get hung up at ,if any .And is there anything that I need to keep in mind ?Thanks in advance .

You won't have to worry about the EGR pipe that goes through the rear-coolant bridge (like we do on the 95-97) so it should be straight forward after removing the intake manifolds. Have you read up on the starter replacement threads here?

@LS400FAN How if your Denso holding up? Any pic guide? My 98 LS400 clicks but doesnt start so its time for mine I think.
