95 LS400 Front and Rear brakes locking up
I have a problem with brakes locking up when driving in moderate traffic. front and rear brakes lock up causing vehicle not to move in any gear. all brake calipers,rotors,L/R front brake hoses and rear brake hose were replaced. tried to disconnect master cylinder from brake booster while brakes were locked up. brakes did not release. cracked open front brake line on master cylinder to release pressure brakes then released. ANY SUGGESTIONS. locking up occurs on hot and cold conditions.
