Default Bad performance, hot EFI RELAY under hood.

Hi All,
I have LS 1992, with 130k mils. When I bought car I replaced: sparks, wires, distributor, distributors' cap, main lambda sensors. Done: cleared throttle, EGR valve, checked compression, exhaust analyst - all results are excellent. No any error codes stored in ECU (checked at dealer). But CAR is SLOW like turtle :-( and takes about 25% more fuel than should.

I compared it to LS of my friend and his LS is fast and perfectly accelerates. I replaced his MAF with mine - the same (his car run quickly on my MAF)

Yesterday I checked all cables under hood (fuses, relays) and I found VERY HOT "EFI relay" where rest of relays were little worm. I replaced that relay and still is the same - new one is also hot (after few miles of ride).

I need your help guys, because dealer says "no error codes = all is fine" chair.gif
What should I check more ??

Additionally - there were ONE day (last week) when car worked perfectly (I did nothing, just start car and ride) - after few hours backed to 'bad' state'. I thinking it can be electrical problem ?

HELP ME PLEASE !!!!

I start thinking to sell my car I don't like ride on it when accelerates to 60mph in 13s :-(

ur sig says u converted your car to LPG, perhaps that is one major reason the car is slower than a regular petrol powered version. also, the first gens were never that fast to begin with so i wouldnt be too surprised if the age and the LPG slowed it down by 4 or so seconds.

I have access to two the same LSes (mine and my friend) and I compared these two cars. His is much faster and flexible. My is slow from start - filling like big trailer on the back :-( and has no power after reach 4000RPM (where should be BIG power)
I have LPG generation IV which is easy to switch off - LPG ECU disconnects only injectors (no additional resistance is added). I went to LPG garage and replaced LPG ECU - the same :-(
But - as I wrote before - my car can go very fast to with fantastic accelerate - I had one day when car was rad. This is why I suspect electrical problem.
I'm looking for wiring diagram with EFI RELAY (where is connected, for what etc.)
Thank you
