Condition your door seals...
Got the LS all cleaned up the other day. I had a new bottle of 303 so on a whim I cleaned and conditioned all the door seals at all 4 doors and cleaned up and sealed the door jambs where they make their seal.
I was surprised that it actually made a difference when it came to noise transmission, I feel the car is definitely even quieter with the nice clean, conditioned door seals. If I can tell a difference after a year you guys with older ones will defiantly be able to tell.
In the LS430 forum theres actually a grease they use, Shin Etsu grease:
People swear by it all over the internet, might try that or if you have an older car it might make a bigger difference.

Great suggestion. 303 is an excellent product, and I'll add that beyond doing all the door seals (plus trunk/liftgate and moonroof seals) since 2003, when I began using it, I also use it on the wiper inserts once or twice in between replacements every few months. It makes a huge difference.

Every three months I wipe down ALL rubber weather stripping with 303.... I have also used the Wurth Gummi Phulge with excellent results BUT the 303 is easier to use on a rag and it lasts just as long. I detail at least one car per month as a "side job" and the 303 is an excellent "all around" product with many uses, so buy a bottle and use it on your next interior detail for door panels, dash and rubber seals.

I recently bought 303 based on all the recommendations here. As soon as it warms up a little bit I'm going to actually start using it.

I think 303 is too glossy to use for the interior, but it's great for outside trim, seals, engine bay, etc.
