Default Where is the best place to find...? (pricing, packages, etc.)

Invoice on a Lexus 460 L?

KBB.com?

On the Accessory Packages

Its making me choose the Navigation System / Mark Levingston Pkg 4500

AND

Navigation System / Mark Levingston Pkg / Parking Guidance Pkg 5060

Why is it making me select both?

I think the invoice price is 61,117.00 What is the rebate the dealer gets??

Use kbb.com and Lexus.com. Go build a car on the Lexus site then you can see what option packages are available in your area. Then go to KBB.COM and choose the correct combinations. It's easy.

Thank you guys. Edmunds was a good site. I never could find how much the dealer gets back from Lexus. Does anyone have that info?

the dealer holdback? that's not supposed to be "public" information, and usually it's not really up for negotiation as well unless the dealership really wants to do the sales. my GUESS is it's about 1500 to 2000 for the car, but again, that's just my guess

Correct, if the dealer wants 2k over invoice and will make that money, that is a good deal for him.

just to be clear, dealer holdback is the amount of money manufacturer pays dealership for every car they sell. so for example if dealership sells you a car at invoice, then their "profit" is the dealer holdback.

so in this case, say you negotiate a price of 2k over invoice on the ls460, and assume dealer holdback on the car is 2000. then they make 4k off your sales

If you pay the $12, or $15, fee to Consumer Reports, they'll tell you the exact holdback.

What is average or considered a good buy? 2 grand over invoice. Thus meaning the dealer makes 3500 - 4000?
