It sucks here in California, Toyota dealers are apparently not allowed to work on Lexus cars. Called around a few Lexus dealers and all of them were charging 300+ for 45k mile maintenance. Ended up getting it done at a independent mechanic for 150. Even though all they did was the oil change.

I purchased a 3 pk of oil change/5k services for something like $180 or maybe $200 through my dealership's finance department, which includes a state inspection.......might be worth checking into.

Local dealer in houston on the "West Side" of town. 65 bucks for an oil change only. I had them balance the tires and do a state inspection at the same time, was right at 200 bucks with a free loaner.
I'll usually rotate the tires myself anyway. But it was too convenient to have a free loaner and let them do the work,.

I just got my nav updated a few weeks ago for $209 total at my local lexus dealer. It was almost 4 years so I figured WTH. I think I got a bit of a break too as the car was in for the struts the 3rd time and the break acctuator TSIB so my whining may have helped.
