Sorry, I read the document but wasn't sure exactly how it works.
So, if I have a 2003 Lexus LS430 with 77k miles; am I qualify to bring my car to Lexus dealer to have it check?
Do I need to print out this document and bring it to the dealer or all service people should know if I mention this "CSP"?
thanks

Having the problem that is ongoing and can be diagnosed to one of the above mentioned components will make you eligible before the deadline.

I have a case number since last week and even though the deadline to file a claim is 8/7/16 after a long discussion with a Lexus Rep, no one has contacted me. So much for Lexus customer service. I feel they have no intention of repairing this issue as it is quite difficult to diagnose unless there is a complete failure.

Still have been pushed around through Lexus from one case manager to another with no response. At this point... I have no confidence they have any intention of fixing this very Prominent Issue that Many LS430 owners have and are experiencing. Of course what Lexus is hoping is that most owners have sold their cars after 3 or 4 years.

Got codes but recently changed throttle body

A faulty or shorted crankshaft or camshaft position sensor has been know to cause similar issues with no codes on 2UZ engines. Check the wires for shorts. Sometimes they can rub on the serpentine belt.
Fuel pump may also be a culprit.
