Not sure what cheap in price you mean, but we can get them in Orange County for 45$/kit
I'm not saying it's the best quality, but it's backed by a lifetime warranty on bulb/ballast.

All kits at the same color temperature (ex. 4300k) will look exactly the same, unless god gave you special eyes

Went with the XENON DEPOT 4300K and it looks stock on our '06 ES330... two years and still looks and powers right up. Be sure to pick up a legit brand with a battery harness as opposed to cutting corners and powering them through the harness (it will drive your electrical system crazy.)
