Green fluid
There's a rubber tube that looks like a drain tube on the passenger side of the engine (91 LS400) from where some kind of green fluid is leaking about couple of drops / day. It's not coolant, which is orange in color. Mechanics at Lexus doesn't know what it is.
Any idea ?

Sounds like it might just be moldy water dripping from the a/c condenser which is normal but it should be clear not green in nature. Leave your vent switch open to air /dry out.

I think you're right, SharpLS-96. It's probably moldy water from AC, and it's green. I always leave the vents open but when I first start the car I smell moldy air coming from the vents for couple of minutes. Is there any easy way to get rid of that ?
Thanks,

Run the blower high at full heat. After 15 minutes, spray a strong disinfectant like Lysol into the vent/grill at the base of the windshield on the passenger side (outside), using half of the can. Let the blower run for two more minutes and then shut it off. Let it stand for 20 minutes. This should kill the mold and eliminate the smell.
If that doesn't work you could also try a chemical such as this.

Problem on this: running heat will not do anything---the air goes thru the evaporator BEFORE the heater whenever you 'blend'!!!
Did find something out when looking in the repair book about this---the system has a sight glass to the outside of the rt elec radiator fan. didn't know that.

If you want to get rid of that musty smell try this. Go to jax.com, buy their Kool it Evaporator and Heater core core foam cleaner. I would give you the link but there server is down right now. Then go to the middle of your intake vent and open up one of the little holes with a screwdriver. This is to get the extension tube that comes with the foam down in the housing . Follow the instructions on the product to clean out the evap and heater core. You will see a bunch of nasty stuff coming out of your drain hoses. Clean air after that.
