I am just curious, I have a 98GS400, and I have a few spare parts laying around. I have a pair of Kenwood Competition 12's and also a Kenwood PS200 Watt AMP. I am thinking about either building a box with the two speakers or possibly just a single running mono. Can I just use the old crappy High Level to RCA converter which I have a few of to take the existing sub output and put it into the amp, and also where is the existing AMP for the sub and is the power going into to it to wimpy to feed the new amp?(most likely)... Thanks ahead of time and sorry for the semi-repetitive question.

Well, it does not have too. PAC Makes a great little RCA inline level control for $30.00 plus shipping. You can come out of the LLC to the level control and then go to the amp. Viola - Subwoofer level control!
