Quck tire ? for 20" wheels
You wheel/tire guru's feel free to chime in. Of course I want the most tire i can get for a better ride but dont want the rear to rub. Rubs bad with my 10.5 in the rear now here are the specs:
20 x 9 +35
20 x 10 +40
What sz front and rear tires should I run ? Im not gonna dump but I am on coils am would like to lower rear some more..
Was thinking:
225/30/20
255/30/20
or
235/30/20
255/30/20
or
225/35/20
255/35/20
what you guys think?

I would suggest 225/30/20 and 255/30/20. I am running that currently on my wheels. It is a stretched tire setup so depending on your wheel, part of it might stick out. It might rub a little in the rear depending on how low you go but you could always do a minor fender roll if that is the case.

I would have to agree with Juvi on this one. I am running 20x9/20x10.5 and 225/30/20,255/30/20 is perfect for my setup. I am only going to be on springs so there is still some space but it should be fine for you.

Your switch from a 10.5+45 wheel to a 10+40 wheel will only gain you 1mm of clearance between the outer edge of the rim (and tire) to the fender (not much). It's not about the width, it's about the offset. Plug in the numbers here to see for yourself: http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel...ulator#Results

I don't have personal experience with 20's, only 19's.

Honestly, If you don't like stretched tires, I would suggest that you get 19's.
