Default Help! What 20's Wheel / Tire Specs / Offset do you recommend?

For the past few days, I have been researching in club lexus and asking for the best set of wheel / tire / offset specs to make our 2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport look better .

I would like to thank, RastaRacer, Paul of howeyindustries.com, Need4speed, F350, Bruteshot2, Vossen Team, Velgen Team for answering my emails and private messages. But i'm still confused and got different specs.

Please help me decide, what 20's Wheel / Tire Specs / Offset do you recommend? I will not change my stock springs, i will not roll / pull fenders. I dont want to experience rubbing with 3 person seating at the rear.

This is Lexus stock setup:
18Jx8 ET?? 225/40/18, 18Jx8.5 ET?? 255/35/18
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 also known as 5x4.5

and I got the following suggestions from our friends:
----------------------------------------------------
Advan - Ray: (Vossen Agent in Hongkong)
20x9 ET38 245/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 275/30/20 – little rubbing
20x9 ET38 245/30/20, 20x9 ET38 245/30/20 – no rubbing, no concave wheels

Wheel Warehouse - Brett: (Vossen Agent in California)
20x9 ET38 225/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 255/30/20 – no rubbing, wheels a little stretch

Velgen Customer Service:
20x9 ET?? 245/35/20, 20x10.5 ET?? 285/30/20 – no rubbing
20x9 ET?? 245/35/20, 20x9 ET?? 245/35/20

Velgen Sales Team:
20x9 ET?? 245/35/20, 20x10.5 ET?? 275/30/20 – no rubbing

Vossen Sales Team:
They use: CV5 20x9 ET38 245/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 285/25/20 – no rubbing
They use: CV7 20x9 ET38 245/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 255/30/20 – no rubbing

RastaRacer:
20x9 ET38 235/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 255/30/20 - if not roll fenders
He uses: CVT 20x9 ET32 235/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 255/30/20 - aggressive setup with fender pull / roll, with rubbing
He uses: CV7 20x9 ET?? 225/30/20, 20x10.5 ET?? 255/30/20 – Tire Nankang NS20, with rubbing

Howeyindustries.com - Paul
20x9 ET35 245/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 275/25/20

Need4Speed – Paul
20x9 ET32 235/30/20, 20x10.5 ET38 255/25/20

F350
20x9 ET?? 245/30/20, 20x10.5 ET?? 265/30/20
He uses: CV3 20x9 ET38 235/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 275/30/20 with rubbing

Bruteshot2:
He uses: 20x9 ET32 225/30/20, 20x10.5 ET45 255/30/20. RS*R Down's lower it approximately 1.3 inches and I've haven't experienced any rubbing, Tire: Hankook ventus V12 evo
----------------------------------------------------

What do you think guys? Thank you.

You might want to reconsider not lowering your vehicle. It's going to look like a 4x4 on aftermarket rims.

I'm kinda in the same boat , I'm having a really hard time deciding if I want to go with 20" or 19's on my 3IS. I will be lowered on RS-R Super Down lowering springs , My wheels are 20x9 +35 & 20x10 +35 tires will be 235/30/20 & 255/30/20. I agree with "Amoney805" if you get wheels installed you need to lower you car otherwise it will look ugly .

What is everyone's opinion 20's vs 19's wheels?

I personally think the 20's looked better on the 2IS since it had more "space to fill". The 3IS seems to have less arch so I think 19s are the best way to go.

Whoops! Sorry Diego. Eyes skipped over the +38. Saw my pic and assumed you were talking about my +32

on my personal 2014 is350 I'm running velgen wheels 19x9et 35 and 19x10.5 et45. 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 i test fit 20s like them but think there a bit to big with the way lexus engineered that rear fender to buckle. they already come rolled so don't want to pull it to make it straight compared to the rear bumper by the tab that you can't roll to match since its plastic. but if i did 20s i was going to run 20x9 et 35 225/30/20 and 20x10.5 255/30/20 lowered. thats what my friend is running on his and theres not an issue.

How was the ride quality on the stock suspension, with no lowering? Was it pleasant with 20s on stock suspension as was with the stock wheels too?? Please share bro!!! Thanks!
