help! noise during idle
please help guys, there's two noises the first is a continuous clicking sound and the second sounds like an old "clunking" noise if you can hear it, not sure what it is, need to know if dealer will fix it. i had CPO and expired around september 2014. its an 08 is250 awd, 70k miles approx

yea went to a local shop today they said it's the water pump. they wanted 800 bucks to fix it says it's 5 hours of labor. and includes an aftermarket pump. i scheduled an appointment for next Wednesday at the dealer for the recent recall so ill have them determine if it's covered under powertrain warranty. fingers crossed, what do you guys think i should do?

Boy does that ever sound like a bad water pump, reminds me of my old AMC 4.0L when the water pump was going out. The clicking, as everyone has already mentioned, is the direct injection.
