Default Replace Engine Coolant?

My 2IS has a 105000 I downloaded the manual and if Im reading it correctly I believe I shoud be replacing my engine coolant at this point, Please let me know if Im correct.

There's really no hard-set mileage where you should be flushing out the cooling system. Every vehicle is driven differently and in different conditions. But if you'd like to flush it as being part of a "100k preventative maintenace" thing, go for it!

Also, check for signs of coolant weeping out of the water pump and pink crusty dried up coolant sitting on the bottom portion of the block (leaking water pump usually).

Yes change it using only Toyota coolant.
