20 inch rim tire recommendation
I've been searching for hours and hopefully someone can help me. I plan on to purchase some rims this weekend. They are 20x9 +38 in the front and 20x10.5 +45 in the rear. The current tires on them are 245/30/20 and 275/30/20. I have a is350 and will be lowered on H&R springs: 1.4 front and 1.3 rear drop. I'm trying to avoid cutting or rolling my fenders. I know the rear tires will be ok. I just want to know will I be ok with 245 in the front. Ive read some threads that some cars were running that size. So what are my options?
245/30/20
235/30/20
225/35/20
225/30/20: Im not sure if I want to run this size because the roads here in NY suck

I ran 20's and had 225/30/20 and 255/30/20. When I had 19's I had 235/35/19 and 275/30/19. I had my fronts and rears rolled and fender tab relocated (after 20's). I was really low on coils though. Not sure how the rears will fit without and wok in the back and I really don't think the 245 will work at all. Hope this helps.

Unless you roll the fenders in the rear you will be rubbing the tire against the inner fender closer to the rear doors.I was running similar set-up in the rear with an offset of +30 and ended up going with a 255/30/20 which eliminated the tire rubbing on the fender. Though i had already rolled my fenders before changing the tire size.
For the fronts my offset is closer to yours which is +35 and i am on a 235/30/20 tire with no rubbing issues against the fender. I did have to heat the fender liner and relocate the fender tab.
Hope it helps

Here is a link to the cars with 20's. I'm in there somewhere and was the lowest on 20's. go with the 225/30/20.

ok I ended up ordering 225/30/20 and they should be here tomorrow. Or was I better off getting 235/30/20? since Im running 275/30/20 ? in the rear. I wanted a thicker sidewall for the roads but I guess I'll have to be careful when driving. btw my front rim is 20x9 + 38
