Cold rattle noise start up. I know it's cam gear issue that many people have known here.. Is that a safety recall issue or it have to be fix under warranty? My 2007 IS250 is barely out warranty 61k miles but bought in July 2007. Before I had brought it to dealer but they don't fix but that was 3 years ago. Please give me suggestion. Thanks!

Its a recall. They have to fix it if it hasn't been done yet, regardless of warranty.

It's not a recall for the IS 250.

^Correct, it is only currently a recall on the IS350 model.

So they wont fix my car since it's out of warranty? Am I able to keep my car for a long time? Now it has 61 miles on it. I want to keep this car as long as I could.
