anytime you replace anything with LEDs that blink you need a different relay. They will blink at a much faster rate than the standard bulbs.

Doing this will not require a different relay. You're adding one LED per side, not changing a bulb to an LED, as such the added load on the circuit does not affect it enough to require a different flasher relay. Even from the factory they use the same flasher.
