hasnt gotten me anywhere yet... and if they dont do anything im just gunna buy the parts off rockauto and replace them myself but this is ****ing ludacris... 2500 plus tax the water pump is 160 and the alternator pulley is 60 bucks.... not 2500... Dealerships think ima pay that they outta there mind. I take care of my car but this is crazy..... HA 2500 HAHAHA

Toyota/Lexus are great cars, Drove my tacoma to 120K with 0 issues and i'm at 87K on my 350 with only minor things (Dash rattle, the cam gear rattle, rear sunshade motor) but all were covered under warranty.

so corporate lexus called me back and said they aint going to do anything for me because they already covered my fuel pump in the past.... Whatever ill source another alternator but for real ***** CORPORATE LEXUS.... I and my grandma been loyal lexus owners for 11+ years and this is how my **** *** 07 and corporate is treating me whatever.... That **** got me heated right now.... Just thought clublexus should know ***** CORPORATE.. Ever since i had my engine rebuilt under the technical service bulletin i have been having nothing but problems. Its just ridiculous.. That is all.

I "had" a 2006 IS250 with about 75,000 miles on it. A part from the usual wear and tears items and recalls, I never had any issues with it. Once the factory warranty ran out, I took it to my local garage for servicing.
The owner there is an Aston Martin, Range Rover & Jaguar trained technician. He always tells me that the best out of BMW, Merc & Lexus, is Lexus, and by far.
Alas, my car was rear ended last week, and was written off
Some crazy lady texting, slammed into me at 40mph. The IS250 handled it good, but frame damage took it to the great LExus Graveyard in the sky.

IS250 AT RWD. Coming up on 6 years in 10 days, 126K miles, only major issue was the water pump failing, which leaked onto the accessory drive belt. I don't really count that as a real repair since that's basically wear and tear, but otherwise I'd have nothing else.
No consistent problems with rough idle or startup noises, never thrown a code save for a loose MAF on my Fujita intake. I floor it probably 8-10 times a week.
