SS brake line don't improve braking performance, and shouldn't change anything in pedal feel. If they did then OEM design was deficient and would result in a recall.

Think about it, there is a certain amount of hydraulic pressure the system generates through the brake booster. If the OEM lines can handle that pressure, even if replacement lines can handle more, there isn't more to handle.

Just ordered stoptech brake lines. Should have done a search first. I understand that the OEM rubber lines will perform just as good as stainless ones on the street. What about the track though? I track my car quite a bit and I was under the impresson that stainless lines will hold but better to the high heat generated under track conditions. Am I incorrect here and the OEM lines are just as good?
