Question on removing front lip (stock)
Silly question I guess...but does the stock front lip come off alone or does it require taking off the bumper? If alone is it just attached by rivets or are there bolts somewere.
I assume it separates from the bumper somehow since there's clear separation lines. I want to sand it and have it repainted (probably even needs some bondo/filler for deep scratches) unless I can find a new (or used in good shape) lip already painted TP.

Its an easy process. the lip comes off by itself, you do not need to remove bumper, there is 1 screw and a clip on each side where the lip meets the bumper, you cant miss them. takes 10 mins to get the lip out. Hope this helps

Thanks.
ON another thread I'm currently trying to figure if my splitters (two, one on each side) will be attaching to the lip. or to the bumper. I have not raised up by car and inspected so I'm not 100% for sure. I assume the only thing to bolt a splitter/s anywhere in the front is the LIP. Correct?

you honestly just remove all the bolts and just pull it off. We applied just a little bit of muscle and it pulls straight out as the clips inside hold it in pretty well without the bolts. just remember to tug it a little and it comes right off
