I found a used WISE lip in great condition for $160 on craigslist. I dont know much about them and since my car is a '93 the seller claims to install it you have to remove plastic and modify the stock front bumper first since there is no stock front lip. Was wondering if that was really necessary and if he was going to charge $275 for the lip and labor for what he said would be a 3-4 hour job if thats a good deal?

 

He said he has to modify the front liner and center splash shield. And the holes are in tight spots and he need access to back of bumper... So for $275 for parts + labor should I get lip?

 

Sounds legit to me. Provided he knows what he's doing.
