Most of Toyota/Lexus models have a "Tail-light" light that tells you that the front parking, tail-lights and numberplate lights are on, but it seems like this model don´t have that feature.
On the left side of the revcounter there is a green light for the front fog, at least in Euro-spec models.

Hi Ron! Welcome to club Lexus. There is a headlight leveling light that tells you the lights are auto leveling or if there is an issue with the lights leveling it will stay on
