Exclamation 2002 IS 300 Sensor Q's

Ok, I have a 2002 IS 300 car. Its the automatic transmission car. Its the VV-Ti engine. Here's the deal had a leaky valve cover gasket which in turn screwed up the ignition coils and plugs. Got all that fixed new ignition coils new plugs new plug wires. Also put new brake pads on the front and the back. I still have my issue with the car missing and running bad when u stop and in idle after it warms up. But once your are moving and give it gas its fine.. The Track off light is flashing and check engine light is on and red brake light. What does this mean? Ugh So today I bought 2 more sensors. Crank sensor and something else..(gotta ask the bf on that) Should I go ahead and by a used ECM?? If I do that do I need new keys??? HELP I miss my car. I love her dearly!

What codes are stored in the ecu making the light come on?

Red brake light is almost always low fluid - check to make sure the float isn't stuck in the master cylinder and that there is sufficient fluid. (Or the ebrake isn't engaged one click)

Ok will check the brake fluid but I am pretty sure we checked that. Evap code. I replaced gas cap as well. I did have a purge/blow off valve of some sort stuck open and that was fixed in june, when the valve cover gasket should have also been fixed by this particular car garage and wasn't.. We replaced the crank sensor yesterday and it took longer for the missing and stuttering to occur. I have the cam shaft senor on order should be here monday..

The trac light is related... If there is an emissions related failure, the trac light flashes...

Traction control and brake light coming on could be related. Check brake fluid level at the reservoir, make sure no leak on the system. Evap codes possible leak on the system or evap pressure sensor malfunction. Have the shop smoke test/pressure test the system.

Did a dealer do the work? Were denso coils and plugs used?

Default Update

No Denso Plugs were not used. I chose to replace with E3 plugs everything else sensor wise that I have replace have been Factory Denso parts. Not a Lexus Dealership the closest one to me is in Charlotte so the Toyota dealership in my area has been working with me on it.
The brake fluid levels are full..
