well sure its fine...but you arent reaching your maximum horsepower potential...especially with the air being compressed like that in a turbo application.
every 11 degree drop in intake temp = ~1% gain back in horsepower

it will cool it as much as it can from the temperature it started at....I would assume that if the temp were lower to begin with you would yield lower temps after the intercooler too.

its tru like when its cooler outside the car runs quicker/faster when there is lots of hot air you can tell its more bogged down.
