Lexus IS200 swap 3S-GE BEAMS
Hello there,
I want to do a swap on a LHD Lexus IS200 and to put in a 3S-GE BEAMS from Altezza. Do this engine fit on the original transmission which the 1G-FE came with? Are there any differences in the suspension?

You may have a hard time with swapping the wireharnesses with the left hand side because everything was made for the right hand side. The Beams engine is 200-300 pounds lighter I believe. You may have to upgrade your transmisson, I think that the original transmission may need to be upgraded because the beams engine revs pretty high is yours stock 5 speed?
