WELL DUH! The guy/girl probably forgot to ask them to also replace the headlight coolant. And everyone knows when you replace the headlight coolant you also should replace the muffler bearings at the same time. Common man...you can't just give one side of the story

I guess we have to get back on topic now. Replacing your own spark plugs isn't hard, but it just takes a lot of time due to the tight spaces. You just have to remove the battery to get to the one spark plug in the back, and i would suggest having a set of wobble extensions...3, 6, and 12 inches and you'll end up using all of them. You also need one of those universal joints...i think that's what they're called. Allows for more bending of the extensions and what not. And of course, a spark plug socket.

I did my spark plugs last week, and although it was the most difficult spark plug install i've done (due to how damn tight the engine bay is) the job only took me a couple hours.
give it a shot, atleast 16" worth of extension, a swivel, needle nose plyers, and a normal set of plyers will make the job much easier.
