If spark plugs are included I would say its pretty cheap. I got quoted $600, but ordered plugs from sewell for $80 and did it my self.

At the dealer or somewhere else? Because that's not bad for a dealer actually lol. Luckily for me, I didn't have them done by the time my car went in for the revised pistons for the Carbon Build Up, so I just had to buy the spark plugs and labor was free since they were working on the motor anyways.

I wouldn't say they're VERY easy. 250's have to remove the intake manifold (I just half-removed it) and reach behind to reach one of the plugs. Certainly its doable. But it took me a couple hours to do mine.

Tell the dealer you're having the carbon issues and they'll do the top engine flush and do it while they're in there. You buy the plugs.
