So called Pep Boys for quote
for plugs change for the F . . .1,000. 8 hrs labor got to pull the intake manifold. 
What a bunch of bull. I know I saw a DIY takes a couple hours dont have to pull anything except battery and maybe move couple items around a little.
Funny thing is asked for quote on wifes IS250 which you do have to pull intake manifold and he said 350 with plugs.

lol at pepboys. your next thread would be " please help, Pepboys messed up my car"
i took off the engine cover the other day. plugs look like a simple job. the two rear cylinders, just have to relocate a few things in the way but i would tackle this myself easily. for a mechanically inclined person, its simple.

Only a sucker would remove the intake manifold. I did a complete valve lash inspection and sparkplug swap without ever touching the intake manifold. Details are here.
