Default TPMS Sensors from RCF won't register

Has anyone successfully registered TPMS sensors with a 08-13 ISF from a newer model RCF or GSF? It appears the Denso part number changed (was 5500103, now 5500105).

I have the 4 sensor IDs programmed via techstream but it appears the they cannot communicate (despite both being 315mhz). Looks like I will need to buy the older set of TPMS sensors and have the tires re-mounted & balanced to get the light to turn off...

Are they all showing 0 psi? Are they new?

They are not new. The tire shop's snap-on TPMS tool is able to read them, they all show the correct PSI and the battery checks good on all of them. However, techstream is showing them all at 0 psi, so it doesn't appear that the sensors can communicate with the 08-13 ISF's. Looks like 2014 ISFs use the same sensor as the 15 RCF, so maybe something changed at that time.

Hmmm weird, must be compatibility issues.

You might ask flowrider. Lou is running RCF wheels, although has custom tires so he may have just reused his existing tpms.

^^^^Here! And no, they won't work. My wheels have VDO sensors installed. The sensors from the RCF didn't communicate with my ISF.

Apparently the RCF uses pacific PMV-C010 sensors and the ISF uses PMV-107J sensors. At least now I understand why neither the tire shop's tool nor techstream could get them to work. I guess there is more to it than just being on the same frequency and registering the IDs.

I am in the same situation after putting GSF wheels on my ISF. Looks like I will be buying new sensors!
