Curbed wheel repair or search for 2012 F wheels...
Haven't done this to a wheel in 10+ years and it's agonizing hearing that sound. I own a 2011 and while I like the wheels...I've always thought the '12 were a bit nicer. What would you guys do...repair curb or search out for a set of '12's, which seem next to impossible .

Any 2012 wheels you are likely to find will have some minor to moderate curb damage after 4 years anyway.

Thanks ALL! I know it's bound to happen sometimes...just sucks 3 months into glorious F ownership. I'll keep an eye out on the F forums on FB as ideally....would love a set of '12 wheels.

i destroyed a set of Zauber Gettins by hitting an expansion joint that raised because of the Texas heat. i dont know how long you've been around CL, but Gettins used to be some of the hottest, hardest to attain JDM wheels to get in the early 2000s. and then the company went outta business.
imagine my dismay when faced with the reality that my wheels were basically boat anchors. enter AWRS. not only did they true the wheels....but they refinished the barrels, chromed the lips and painted the wheel faces. all for $150/wheel. they looked better than new....
i cant recommend them enough...
