That seems really high. I'm in CA, and leased my 2016 200t Fsport last year during the the 2015 December to Remember event. It was the first and only USB on the lot.

2016 200t Fsport
Ultrasonic Blue (additional MSRP of $500)
NAV, BSM, Cross Traffic, rear spoiler, illuminated sills, rear bumber applique
36 mo, 12,000 miles
Zero down
$400/month including taxes.

December to Remember is a gimmick that tricks people to go to the dealership.
You can get the same deals or even better any time of the year.

WAAAAAY too high. I got my IS300 F sport for less than 400 a month and I could have pushed for an even lower deal I think. Use an auto broker to get a low rate and then tell the dealership to match. If they cant go with the broker. You shouldn't be paying more than 400$ a month at the end of the year. My vehicle MSRP was over 48$

I was able to get 385$ a month for 36 months with 7500 miles a year. Yes the 7500 miles lowered the payment by 13$ but I have a work vehicle I use to commute from my job which saves me tons of mileage. In addition my wife just leased a car also in July so combined we have 17,500 a year. More than enough.

I also had a trade in which took $1500 off the price. I added the lexus bump/scratch protection plan for $475 which i threw into my payments bringing it to 399$ a month for peace of mind.

I have a 3 month early opt out lease if I want, free car washes for the term, and free synthetic oil changes. I know lexus dealerships usually throw these in anyway but its an added benefit. My IS300 F is almost fully loaded (The only thing I am missing is ML radio but I have the Navigation) I have all the little things added in (all weather mats, paint protection, wheel locks, lane changing sensor, cargo mat, etc) that i know were available.

Oh ok cool. I have USB 300 F, with every option, except ML radio. Illuminated door sills, cargo net, BSM, cross traffic. etc. It was $2k out of pocket, 12K miles a year and 36 month lease for $395.

Sweet deal. I put down 1000 which included first month. Essentially I could have pushed further. It honestly i was tired and hungry Lol and saving 10$ more a month wasn't worth the headache.

LOVE the USB it's beautiful. What interior do you have? I got the last red one in my area

Yeah, I probably could have pushed further, but I was beat too...but at least I beat up the salesman a little. I went with black interior. I could have gotten the red, but I didn't like the blue on red combination. If I went with a different exterior color, I would have definitely gotten the red.

Deal is way too high IMO. I'm leasing my 2016 IS350 FSport with ML stereo and paint/interior protection for $349 including taxes. MSRP was $49,xxx. Search my old posts for my full breakdown of my deal. Good luck!
