Default Aftermarket HID problems with P/S

Hello guys, i'm new here and this is my first post, I've read ALOT about aftermarket HID problems interfering with P/S and causing it to go crazy, so let me tell you my story.
I have a lexus IS250 2007 EU model with halogen headlights, i decided to put HID kit since the vision will be better and the look will be more fancy, i have it since less than 1 week and today when i turned the lights on ( my engine was already running ) the P/S light pop up i turned the lights off and it disappeared, so i immediately removed the HID kit and restored my halogen lights , so i think it's 100% confirmed now that the HID kit is causing problems to the P/S system. some infos :
1- HID kit was ( AC Digital 35w fat ballast with error canceler )
2- When the P/S light pop up the steering didn't do anything weird and it worked normally
3- As i turned the lights off the P/S light turned off as well
4- After equipping the halogen back, the P/S didn't pop up while driving.

I have now 2 questions:
1- Can i just buy 2 OEM headlights with built-in HID and equip them without problems?
2- After the P/S pop up, can anything goes wrong with it ? or since i removed the HID then that's it everything is normal ?
---------------------------------------------------------
Sorry for the long post but i really don't want to visit the lexus dealer here in my country because any simple check will cost more than 300$

Thnx man but there is a HUGE write up about this problem in CL, i've read like 3 threads which each had like 15 pages, all the people who had P/S problems happened to them after equipping aftermarket HID ..

BTW u are not getting better vision with hid kit, u would if u did a proper retrofit and put hid projectors into the headlight, but if u put hids into a halogen projector it only appears to be better because of the brighter light...

I already have the OEM retrofit projectors, they come as standard with 2nd IS models, not necessary with HID system
so you really get a better vision, it's like 10x times more vision

If they came with halogens then they are halogen projectors not hid projectors. Not the same thing.. And not better light then halogens, it's a illusion.. U see more light and its brighter but it doesn't go that far.

Didn't know the difference, thanks for the heads up , but as i told you for me it was a lot better vision than halogen, but maybe as you said, it's just an illusion , anw i don't want to go off-topic, just hope someone to help me with the 2 questions i posted earlier.

OEM HIDs cost an arm and a leg...

Why don't you try LEDs instead of HIDs?

Hey bro, i tried LED before it was 6600 lm/set , 3300 lm/ bulb , the car looked awesome but the output was not good at all, there are sets with 12000 lm/set, 6000 lm/bulb, they are like 80w set which is 40w each bulb, do you think they are safe for the car and for the headlight wiring ?

it's the location of the ballast that interferes with the PS ECU....
