What does "Accelerator opening angle 100%" mean?

Default What does "Accelerator opening angle 100%" mean?
When reading "Freeze Frame Data", there's one item for "Accelerator opening angle %", does anyone know value "100%" mean the driver step on or release the gas pedal?

opening 100% means your foot is flat on the floor and the car is going as quickly as it can
