First Service 5k or first month?
Ok I read the manual and it says that the first service should be 5k or 1month. And I own the car for about 6 months now and only got 2k (lol) on it. I got a call from Lexus today saying that "it has been more than 3 months since you bought the car, please take it in for service, blah blah blah" should I take it in now or wait for 5k?

So if I take it in for the 6 months service that's the one for free right? will they change my oil and stuff for the service? or they just gonna take a look and see if everything is fine or whatsoever?
Shoo.... 6 months is just a couple days away lol...

I bought my car on 12/16/06 and only got 3500 miles on my car. I need to get rid of my "beater" so I can drive it more.
Sometimes I wonder why I got this car because my Acura Integra GS-R is much more fun to drive then my IS.

I concur with the others...5K or 6 months. Time does no good for the additives in your oil, so you should get it replaced at 6 months regardless of the mileage.
To those that complain about not having driving the car enough, at least you don't have my problem. I am being punished by having my keys to the IS taken away by my wife for simply saying "hello" back to a nice looking female in another IS after she said "hi" to me as I was at a red light. I got so carried away, that I forgot my wife was sitting next to me.
Now I drive the 1997 Nissan Maxima around until August 1st (1 month of punishment).
