was the sahara on the eibach pro kit or something? kind of a low gash from a jeep?

Unless the dealer owns the body shop, they are just subbing it out. You might do better to look online at (or call) your insurance company and see who they list as their "preferred" body shops in the area and ask a couple of them for estimates. Chances are the dealer will not give you the best price, and you will be essentially dealing with a middleman.

Yeah again, cudos to the lady for coming back and accepting responsibility.

It does not look too bad in the pictures, at least it's just the door. It'll look good as new when repaired, the worst part will be trying to match the paint.

man that sucks. At least she owned up to it, which is rare in this day and age.

Yeah the dealer owns the body shop, it's actually inside their facility. I will have a couple more quotes from other shops tomorrow.
